同じメーカーの包丁を使っているが、細かい部分を扱う時や、子供が使う際は少し大きい印象を受ける。そのため、ワンサイズ小さい物を購入。持ち手が汚れにくい点、さらにはデザインが素敵なのが1番

16cmの三徳包丁を購入しましたが、長さ・使いやすさともバッチリでした。刃の耐久性はこれからですが、日常使いで使うのにはもってこいでした。

使いやすさも良いし、一度研いだらしばらく切れ味が長持ちする。

１８cmと１６cmと迷ったが普段使っているのが１６cmだったのでこちらにしました。持ちやすいし、重くもなく、切れ味抜群でした。
