Good heavy weight paper for card crafters
I build card models from plans I find on line and decided to give this a try instead of plain cardstock. Colors laid down smoothly, with no smearing, and details like roof shingles are sharp. Building pieces seperated easily, with no tear out, using a #11 X-Acto blade. And bends are sharp after a light scoring with a bone folding tool. The matte surface gives a nice texture to 'stone' buildings plain cardstock doesn't have. I suspect 'do it yourself' greeting card makers will also like this paper. Note: My Canon ix6820 printer recommends paper no heavier than 140gsm, but feeding one sheet at a time I had no problems at all with feed or ink lay using this heavier paper.

A Love/Hate review!
I purchased the 300 lb paper. I used my inkjet, dye-based printer. HP Officejet 7000 took the paper just fine even though it is a U-feed. It even took thick poster board once or twice in the past. The paper prints black ink fairly well. It is not totally dark black, but close enough to satisfy anyone. It sort of resembles black suede. The other colors are sharp, bright and clean. I would say it prints as nice as Staples Photo Supreme matte, but this is thicker and sturdier than Staples and feels nicer.Yes, the paper is waterproof. I was thrilled. The ink does not run, but it can also leave your ink looking darker where it got wet and stay darker even after it has dried. So if you have a large section of solid colors, it will be noticeable. The paper is not white. It is a very light greyish blue, although it DOES look like white after I printed different colors on it. It looks like a glowing cool white against the other colors. I assumed the paper color would affect my ink colors, but it didn't. I don't know about the other reviewer, but this paper is silky smooth before and after printing. Loved that fact.It is sturdy paper, but not stiff. I prefer stiffer paper for making printable mini top hats, but it still made a very nice sturdy hat that has some heft to it. It holds a curve nicely for the brim and it does not feel flimsy.BUT the BIG DRAWBACK...This paper cracks pathetically when folded. So that just ticked me off to no end. It would have been nice to know before I printed six sheets at .36 cents a sheet. So technically, the paper is useless for anything that requires folding, unless the manufacturer cares to fix that problem...HINT, HINT! So much for my waterproof party hats! A few more tidbits of info...Using the Silhouette Cameo 3 to cut, it cut fine after two passes, but the paper tends to crumble slightly at the edges as it is being cut. (My blade was barely used before cutting this paper.) The edges of the cut pieces are not unusable, but not clean cut like regular cardstock or photo paper. There was a layer of tiny crumbs all over the paper after the cutting machine cut out all the parts. I don't know what chemical they use to waterproof the paper, but I hope it is non-toxic. It came in a cellophane bag with no label, no nothing. I suggest the makers of this paper let us know if this coating is going to kill us someday. If anyone knows of a paper like this that does not crack when folded, PLEASE let me know.

The paper works well with the inkjet printer
The paper is great, it feel thick. Due to inkjet ink, the paper will become slightly soft. Especially if you print on both side. The paper feel rough, it would be great if it has a smooth finish. When the ink dry, it will turn rough. So far I don't see any defect in the paper. And it feels like 300gsm, I wonder if they have 350gsm.
