Reviews were varied but I thought I'd give it a go. I especially wanted it to paint those pesky stair spindles. I was decorating the hall, stairs and landing so quite a bog job. So I started with the ceilings, eventually got the volume correct and also watered the paint ever so slightly. I encountered a few runs down the walls but all in all it covered fairly well although it did use a hell of a lot of paint. However what I did not expect was the dust (or more like fall out) that entered every other room in the house, it went every where and the dear other half arrived home she was not impressed. Also the the cleaning of the gun took forever, probably longer than a brush, roller and paint tray..!I then went to use the other attachment for spraying oil based paint for the spindles. I tried it outside first on some board, so glad I did. There is no volume control and no spray fan adjustment on this little bugger. On my trial the paint just came out too fast so I cleaned it again and put it back in the box.I'm looking forward to when I need to paint the fencing because I think that will only be the time when I get it out again, or at least when I'm "allowed" to get it out again.Such a shame, I had so many hopes for this but it was £112 down the drain.......!

I was a little skeptical buying this paint sprayer with it being relatively inexpensive. I used it first to paint my porch, which has plenty of spindles. It worked really well, but lots of overspray, with nothing behind the spindles. Probably not the best choice to use this. If you do, cover everything. I spent an hour power washing my exterior after it was done. It does save you paint, regardless of overspray.I thought I was going to go through the paint reservoir in a matter of minutes. It lasted way longer than expected, with infrequent refills (sometimes a good half hour to an hour before I had too). Also, if you are painting over with the same color, it is really hard to tell how much paint it is putting out.So, the next day I was hesitant, as I was painting our 2 metal garage doors from light brown to white. I didn't want to deal with clean up. I started on the bottom panels with a roller and trim brush. It was taking forever and the trim brush just mostly smeared the paint. Probably took an hour and a half just for the bottom section panels. I attempted the paint sprayer, and wow, I had a first coat on the entire 2 car and 1 car garage door in probably an hour or less. The difference in color you could really tell how much the paint sprayer was putting out. Second and third coat went even faster. I also rolled once more which was only a few minutes for each door. The sprayer saved me hours of work and little to no overspray at all.Really happy with the purchase. It's not perfect, but does save time and paint. Used less than 3 gallons for both projects. I wouldn't say it's the smoothest finish, due to occasional larger droplets (especially after stopping and starting again) or hovering over a spot for too long. But if you don't mind using a roller to smooth things out, it's worth the buy.

I purchased this paint sprayer to paint the floor joists and walls in my basement. It is well made and easy to assemble and use. Choose settings, point, squeeze trigger, paint! The sprayer must be 6-8” from the surface, which is important to consider for tight spaces. The kit includes liner bags, which I don’t recommend — just soak the paint container in hot soapy water to clean. Overall, I discovered that this sprayer is too heavy for large jobs, such as a wall or ceiling. Overhead work is not as successful. It’s more effective and efficient using a roller for walls and ceilings. I recommend this product for limited use.

Hace el trabajo muy fácil. Tardo más empapelado que pintando. Pruebenla primero con agua para que vean todos los tipos de abanico que hace y que tanto fluido escupir. Muy contento

Poor quality, made of cheap Chenese plastic parts. I returned it to the seller. The selleer tried to make me pay for postage. I had to contact Amazon to help me with that. Then I got refund from seller which was not full amount, they claimed it was a “4% restocking fee”?! . I dealt with Amazon to get the credit back and got it all. The seller put up the price since then. I will not recommend this product or seller to deal with to anybody.
