I've been enjoying these ergonomic pens both for their comfort and that they make my writing a little less wobbly. But I thought the refills were gimmicky looking. Well, I just used my first refill, and there's nothing gimmicky about it. Two units are packed with each pen, and they're taped into the package securely. A picture makes the procedure clear: you twist the top a quarter turn and pull up. The pen top comes off, exposing the cartridge. Pull it out, push in the new one, put the top back on, push down, give it a quarter turn, and you're in business again. Nice pens! And a bonus - the colors are very attractive.

I love these pens! They keep my arthritic hand and fingers from cramping up. I have recommended them to a lot of people who see me use them.

I don't have arthritis or Parkinson's, but I have a hidden (to others) neurological condition that makes it hard to write. This product helps greatly. I have happily reordered and have told friends with arthritis about it.

I have nerve damage in my extremities due to a spinal cord injury, and this product was recommended by my occupational therapist. I tried one at the clinic and immediately ordered the four-pack. I have had the opportunity to try these a number of times; and I’m not disappointed. They’re great! The ink and ink cartridge need a bit of work, but otherwise the design is spot-on. I’m very happy to be able to write reasonably well again.

I ordered the set of 4 pens with refills, and received one pen, no refills. I’d return it but I accidentally threw away the packaging. These pens are amazing, but not $21 per pen amazing.

I was having a great deal of discomfort when writing and the ergonomic ballpoint pens are comfortable to use. Recommended highly by my medical hand physician.

I ordered these pens to help my writing grip, due to a recent finger amputation at the recommendation of my hand therapist. So far they make it much more comfortable to write for longer periods of time. I'm glad they make items like this. I think that this could be useful for anyone who is able to hold a traditional pen or not. The ergonomic design is clever. The shipping time felt long, but maybe I'm spoiled from prime 2 day and next day shipping hahaha.

Mum is not tech savvy and wanted to write her history/autobiography - she had trouble with the usual pens, and the Penagain Ergosof allowed her to write, and complete her life history. Great pen for arthritic hands!!

Love the pen but I can’t use them due to blotty ink. Been trying to contact the company with no response! I now own 4 pens and 8 refills that I can’t use ☹️
