I am very satisfied with it, the temperature is accurate, I get the same temperature as with a rectal thermometer. I love the "remote tracking" feature that's really handy when I'm at work especially because I'm a single mom!

Can someone who has used this product explain how the fever alert works? Does it actually send a notification to your smartphone?

Yes, it sends an alert in your phone, like the alert of notification or sms. What I don't like is that the notification is not so strong (is exactly the sound of notification, very short and not so strong). I have tried to change it but I can't.
