Customer service was amazing, near instant replies and next day replacement. I only had time just now to swap it and the new one works fine. I am changing this to 4 stars for now because of all the trouble. And I am still upset about how long it lasted given its high cost.---------------Less than 2 weeks later developed a fault - outside section of the light no longer turns on. I can still hear relay click but light does not come on. Is this a one off? Time to find out how good is the customer service...---------------I was looking for a ceiling light for my living room where I have my projector setup. Regular lights are in the way of projection beam and cause a shadow on the screen. So a really compact light was needed.This light is aesthetically pleasing simplistic design and is very compact - only slightly more than 1.5 inch tall. I am happy with the brightness level and the colour. As with most far eastern imports expected it to be flimsy and plasticky but was pleasantly surprised. It is fairly heavy and feels solidly built.It comes with a remote control which allows switching each of the two light sections individually. Each section can be set to its own white tone (warm, normal or cold). Remote has a wall mount "pocket" which I chose to install near the light switch.Installation is fairly simple but a little awkward. You will need the following:* medium or long Phillips screw driver. Must be magnetic and able hold screw in horizontal position. I had to stick a magnet on my screw driver.* drill and 6mm drill bit capable making about 2 inch long hole in a ceiling. (I needed SDS impact drill for my concrete ceiling)* a step ladder as chair may not be tall enough. You will need to get your eye level very close to the ceiling.* a steady hand. You will have to inset the screw in to a metal thread off of the tip of the screw driver* a second pair of fairly strong hands to hold the light up while you connect wiring and secure the light on the ceiling. Light is surprisingly heavy for its size/materials.The only thing I dislike is the light size/proportions shown in the room pictures is misleading. The light is a lot smaller, maybe only a quarter size. I expected it to be a lot bigger. At £89.99 it is very expensive for what it is. I hope the rule "you get what you pay for" will apply here quality wise and the light will serve me for years to come.Overall, now that is installed and working - it's a good light. I am happy.If you need flush ceiling light and can find it cheaper elsewhere - go for it.

I bought 2 and both has developed a fault within 4 months.

I had purchased this light along with two small square ones for the wall. They are very bright lights, however with the remote you can dim them to suit your needs. Shame you cannot control the small square wall light with the remote. It would have been nice if they also had a remote control device on the smaller lights too. Good value for money
