The product was extremely overpriced. When it got to me the food was warm regardless of the two small ice packs that I put in it. The shipping was extremely expensive. They made you feel like you were getting a case when you were only getting one bag and I never received the second bag after, I sent a message they told me there was no way dude was not good enough to eat and stopped responding

Bad experience
Provider is not familiar delivering frozen foods. Frozen foods must arrive frozen, at least it is my experience with other vendors such as Goya. The product was received completely defroze. I have not opinion about the quality of the product because I decided to throw away the plantain. In this case, consuming the plantains was dangerous.

Unsatisfied service.
The plantains were unsalvageable. The food arrived way before schedule and the ice that was in the inside of the box melted until all the water was gone. I was going to call and complain but just didn’t have it in me. I just threw them away. The bag even looked like it was spoiled and I couldn’t bare to open it.

Arrived UNFROZEN!
After paying a premium price ($20) for shipping these plantains, they arrived completely thawed out. According to Food Safety standards, the danger zone is between 40 degrees and 140 degrees. We had no idea how long the plantains had been sitting around at room temperature. Too dangerous to cook and eat...$35 for nothing...never again!
