Unforgotten The Complete Series 1 - 3 [DVD] [2018]

This is a great programme, and season 5 carries on the very high standard of performance and storyline.

Chris lang wrote this amazing and clever series , which has to be one of the best I have ever seen. I loved the formula and the stunning performances. Can't wait for the next series. Absolutely brilliant. Drew me in and captivated me totally. So well written, and keeps you guessing. Very, very cleverly written. I would highly recommend this series.

Though the series has very sensitive issues, you really do get hooked from the first episode. Nicola Walker and Sanjeev Bhaskar in the leading roles are superb together. Nicola Walker has appeared in many other television series, she is an fantastic actress, one of my favourites. Loved her in Last Tango in Halifax. But this lady could play any kind of role, she is brilliant. I can also recommend The Split DVD, starring Nicola, I bought this at the same time I bought series 1-3 of Unforgotten

Watched all 3 series in a row. They're that good. I love the attention to detail - the investigations take *time* - and the dedication of the detectives to honouring the victims. As for the DVDs themselves, the picture and the sound are just fine. Excellent package.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed this series having missed it when it was on the tv. Well written and acted, would recommend if you haven’t already seen it.

Really enjoyed the storylines. Highly additive viewing, truly awesome cast and so on. Well worth the price. Going to buy series 4. Shame it isn't on Blu-ray.

Don't think this is just another police procedural. It is that, too, but what is much more important is the character driven plot. And what extraordinary characters, thanks to fine writing and great acting. Each series covers a different cold case, and the way the detectives and their scientific cohorts take an iota of information, and thanks to long experience and solid science, and turn it into leads is fascinating to watch. It is the acting, though, that makes the show worth watching more than once. We get to know these particular people in all their strengths and weaknesses. It is a rare pleasure to see an acting ensemble work together so well.

Sehr spannende Krimiserie, die sich ausschließlich mit "Cold Cases " beschäftigt. Angenehme Charaktere und sehr unterhaltsam, ohne unnötige Gewaltszenen.Eine Leiche wird gefunden. Schnell stellt sich heraus, dass diese schon einige Jahre alt ist. Dann werden verschiedene Personen und ihr Leben vorgestellt und alle haben idR mit dem in der Vergangenheit liegenden Verbrechen zu tun. Dann rollen Di Cassie und ihr Kollege Sunny den Fall auf und das Leben der Menschen die beteiligt waren und teilweise Jahrzehntelang versucht hatten das Geschehene zu vergessen kommt gewaltig ins Wanken.Manchmal allerdings stellt cassie fest, dass es nicht immer das Beste ist wenn die Wahrheit ans Licht kommt.Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und hat "Suchtfaktor"

Brilliant actors and a very fascinating content. Big recommendation

These are superb stories about solving the deaths of persons gone missing years earlier, and how it affects the lives of numerous people who knew or were associated with the victim. Each story is made up of 6, 45-minute episodes. The writing and acting are excellent.
