Good cheaper replacement for my saniflo
I bought this as a replacement for my saniflo that broke down and flooded my basement. It was only 1/6th of the price so I decided to give it a try.It wasn't a perfect switch as the geometry was different so different pipes had to be run.There was an issue with leaking on one pipe, but the customer service was very good, responding in 1/2 a day and dispatching a replacement part and the issue was resolved quickly.Once it was installed it worked perfectly. The noise level is the same as the saniflo it replaced and it looks very similar in terms of color and shape etc.I purchased the 3 year warranty from Amazon and it all still cost far less, so I would certainly purchase this again in the future (my plumber said mascerator pumps last about 3-5 years normally).

Doesn’t Work as Advertised!
This pump is a huge disappointment. It clogs constantly, making it far from “automatic.” It’s also much louder than advertised and struggles with drainage, nowhere near the claimed capacity. On top of that, it started leaking after using.

Lid leaks
Changing my review from 1 star to 4. Only reason a 4. They refunded my account for full amount. Do to faulty pump. This pump has issues with leaks and missing gasket. In USA this cannot be used do to codes also. No external vent out to roof. Internal vent is not up to code. Customer service refunded full amount after multiple messages.

Pumps like a champ, small holding tanks so it pumps often.
Can’t beat it for the price. Used it for 3 months for my whole house. Could handle shower and washer and toilet flush at the same time, Can’t speak to its longevity because I don’t need it anymore, but it worked great for my job.

Works great. Installed a complete bathroom in a basement below grade and below main sewage line.
The media could not be loaded. Works great! No issues and this toilet is 6 ft below the main sewer outlet running to the septic. You can hear the pump but it really is easy to ignore. Saved the basement concrete floor and saved money.

Customer Service is lacking-or non-existent.
Instructions were not clear at all. They also have no phone number you have to email if you have any problems. Would not recommend.

I had a problem with my pump and the seller took care of my problem. I was worried about support and assistance with future problems. They took care of it .
