Prints great. Doesn't use much ink. Pages print quickly.

Would not work with my operating system and HP support was virtually non-existant

Arrived intact but missing power cord.
The Plotter arrived but came without a power cord. I will see if HP comes through and sends me a cord. Never received a power cord and had to go out on Amazon and buy one. Other than that, we have been using this plotter for a few weeks now and it prints great. Very clear, maybe the clearest drawings I have ever seen on 24" x 30" paper. I would purchase again, even though it does not come with a power cord.

Drawing plotter
We have had this plotter for about a month and use it for plotting construction plans. We are very pleased so far. We print full size and several smaller sizes that are programmed in the software on the machine. We have had an issue with some pages not fully printing but that’s due to the drawing file has photos and we think it’s a large data set. This seems like a a good Value plotter.

Expensive & Hard to Find Ink, poor connectivity, & frequent problems
Every time I need to print on this printer it does not work. Also they change the firmware frequently to continuously block third party cartridges. The ones that come with this unit are not full and you will need new ones right away. Then it is $211 for new cartridges. They are not available anywhere unless you order them and wait over a week to get them. I think that the ram on this is not capable of printing larger files and often times I need to send them one page at a time to get them to print. This is not an ideal solution for anyone that needs to print more than one page at any given time.

HP T230 Printer
This is a great wide format printer in my price range. There ara couple of minor features that would be nice but would probably take it out of my price range.
