Play Sand - Bucket of sand, fine sand, 18 LBS

I bought this for the purpose of bending pipe for a project I'm doing at home. When I received the product I couldn't complain in regards to the quality of the sand because it is your typical sandy beach type of sand. The only issue I had was the product's weight was said to be around twenty pounds of sand, and what I found was that at least five pounds of that is actually water weight. So then, if you just want pure sand for the price you're paying, then shop elsewhere and add your own water to your heart's desire. On the contrary, if you don't mind a bit more dampness to your grains that has the consistency of a sandcastle, then have fun with it.Note: I realize the benefits of wet sand can prevent dust from being inhaled when transporting it, but all I would prefer is that the description would be a bit more clear for those who want to purchase just sand rather than sand mixed with water because I can add that into the mix if I desire to do so.

It's not fine sand but more like chunky beach sand. My kids like it but it doesn't work well with sand toys.

The sand was great. If I need more I would buy from them again

Its better if you add little water then feels like the beach sand!!!

Sand arrived in broken container, even the mailman was upset that sand got all over his truck. Waste of $20.00, live and learn. Not worth sending back, I will never buy again.

What a waste. It says 18 lbs. 10 lbs of water. Buy the dry stuff and get twice as much. Don’t waste your money
