Solid calendar, the material is durable so my kids haven't destroyed it. Only issue is we had to cut it up ourselves. Not really and issue. Awesome product

Sturdy, with good sized pockets. My 3-yr-old son has an IEP and struggles with change and transitions. I purchased this calendar to help him understand his school vs. daycare schedule, and when events are coming up (birthday parties, trick-or-treating, doc appts, picture day, field trips, etc). Instead of using numbers for the date, we took pictures of him at daycare and at school, then printed them and had the spec ed dept laminate them for us. That way he knows when he goes to pre-school and when he goes to daycare in the morning. I printed out free clip art of events & lamented them. Those events go in the weather pockets. He gets so excited to plan his week out with me every Sunday and move the "Today" card every morning. It opens the door to talk about what he is doing today and what he can expect for tomorrow. For now we are only using the today card, but int he future we will introduce tomorrow and yesterday. LOVE this calendar!

It is smaller and thinner than I expected, but I actually think that is a plus as it will be easier to hang. Great quality and my child loves to move the “today” cards around and pick out the weather card for the day. Great learning tool.

Like this item, it's large and clear and easy to read. Everything is colorful and well made. Kids can put things in the slots easily. The item easily hangs from 3 grommets. One disappointment though - the cards do not come pre-cut. They come on one large sheet and you have to sit there for 20 minutes cutting them. Very annoying. Otherwise, great item.In terms of age group - my daughter is almost 4.5 yrs old and she understands the weather concept (though I don't think she knows how they forecast it!), she knows her 7 days of the week very well, she gets the idea of today, tomorrow and yesterday (but can't read the words yet), and she can count the days through the month. However, she is not yet ready for the set of abbreviated cards "Sun., Mon. etc" and there is a definitely a confusing transition when we get to the end of the week and have to start from Sunday again. Everything gets moved over and I don't think she gets all that yet. I would say the chart is appropriate for her level and that she gets enough of it for it to be appropriate, but that there is still plenty for her to learn and understand about it. Which is, I guess the way it should be.

Great little chart for school or home. You do have to cut out all the pieces and they aren’t laminated but are in card stock. My daughter loves talking about the weather everyday.

This little calendar is ideal for the toddler/young preschool classroom. The one week at a glance format provides practice with the concepts of 'yesterday, today, and tomorrow' and allows counting the number of days till a special event. Highly recommend!

Perfect addition for my child’s at home class since she is learning virtual. Easy to use and was easy to hang with some thumb tacks! Great size!

This is perfect for my 3 & 4 year old boys. I do circle time with them every morning, and this has helped them understand where we are in the week. They also have so much fun putting the weather cards in! They just started playing soccer and constantly ask, "What day is Soccer?" This gives them a great visual to see how far away they are. It is very good quality and durable. Love it!
