Love how these work and stay on! Really enjoy the fun colors! And I have ordered twice and received different colors in second order than in first order, which I don't mind!

They stay taught for 3-4 days, but it will wake you up when you need to pull it off! The fun colors make having a bad knee less somber, and they look less clinical.

Ordered this hoping it was the same quality as the brand name tape. It does not stick and hold nearly as well. Disappointed and should have just spent the extra money and stuck with the tried and true.

I have a bad arthritic knee, and have been using the KT brand tape, which is way more expensive than this one. I decided to try it to save money. It sticks just about as well as the more expensive brand, but it does not provide the same level of support at all. It doesn't feel like my joint is really supported at all, using the same method of putting the tape on.

I love this tape. I work in EMS and it is pretty demanding, with my rule being "if the doctor hasn't told me I'm hurt than I'm not" (and I hate going to the doctor. This tape helps me recover and prepare. I tape up before my 24 hour shift, then remove it before the hot shower afterwards. After a good sleep, the tape goes on what hurts. The tape has the perfect adhesion, not too much that it pulls your skin off, but enough that it stays on all shift. Seriously sweaty areas like my feet in boots. This huge package was such a great deal, particularly for my tiny budget.

I knew the price was right but based on the reviews I wasn't sure how much I would like this tape. When I opened the 1st roll it seemed very thin and like it perhaps wouldn't stick very well, however I was pleasantly surprised!I use it every day. It does what it should for my knee, I have never had it come off in the shower and it was stuck in all the right places even after a week. I am sold and will be purchasing again!

I’m a first-time user of Kinesiology Tape. I’ve struggled with shoulder pain for two months. My chiro, after a few treatments, put a strip of the tape on the shoulder. Wow...what a difference it made. Only reason I didn’t give it a five star note is because I don’t really know how to apply it. I need some specific instructions I guess. I’m not yet totally pain free, but close to it.
