I'm absolutely disgusted by the quality of the products received
I'm absolutely disgusted by the quality of the products received. It is for a charity awareness event tomorrow and now we have no balloons or banners to advertise the event as your products are absolutely worthless. I have just taken them to be inflated. The E did not inflate in the middle. The N simply exploded. The D worked. And the O simply did not exist, it was more like a C and it would not hold the air at all. I spent last Sunday buying ribbon and balloon weights, only to be left with this mess and no alternatives. I am returning them to you for a full refund. And I really don't know what I'm going to do about tomorrow now.
