The dividers and small size make it great for storing little game tokens and dice. However the seal is definitely not waterproof, so if you need it to be, this ain't it. Otherwise it's pretty good.

Theses boxes were an option to be added to another purchase I was making for a bargain price. I like to keep my fishing gear organized and easily accessible so I added them to my order. They looked cheap and fragile but I took the chance. I figured can't go wrong with Plano boxes.When my order arrived from Amazon (almost instantly) later the next day I was anxious to open it. I was going on a fishing trip in a few days and really wanted the other items I had order. After opening my pkg I remember I added the little boxes on too.These things are great. They are configured with different numbers of compartments in each box. The hinges and latches are built better than expected. I have used them now on at least 6 fishing trips.Because they are so handy I have some of my most used things in them.Another really great feature I overlooked in the description was waterproof. It wasn't until I saw one floating in the bottom of our rental boat at a local lake while fishing with my 8 year old. Hey they are waterproof too. Great feature when fishing with kids.I already ordered two more sets of them.My wife opened them before me and has already snatched up both of my favorite ones from the set. I guess I will add a few mor to my next order.You can't beat the price on them, and they really are great boxes.

These are very small containers. I knew that beforehand. I knew what I was ordering and knew what I wanted because I still have and use all 3 that came in the package I purchased from BPS over 15 years ago.But I did not know that Plano's quality has gone to crap since then. My original ones are thicker, stronger, waterproof, and work as they are intended.The new / cheaply made / way overpriced 3 piece set came with the divider for the six compartment case with several pieces of plastic broken off on the the inside of it.Would love to hear Plano's response on how they have not changed anything about the product and that they would never compromise quality over profits. Even explain or put blame on someone else on how a closed and sealed package with no damage arrived to their customer with broken interior pieces.

I am pleasantly surprised. These are made by plano and they appear to be water resistant. Haven't tested but they are very conveniently sized. I will use these for many other projects also. Glove box, tool bag, motorcycle vest.

great compact boxes for fly's or tiny plastics. the gap between the dividers and the lid allow hooks and small split shots to move into other compartments.

Really tiny boxes with snap lids, possibly waterproof. Keeps things dry during rain storm. I fine them to be invaluable for my fly fishing pursuits. I carry a minimal amount of gear with me and these little guys help me keep all the small stuff together. They give me great flexibility as to what I pack. They are not so good with very tiny objects as my #2 hooks would pass over the box partitions thus mixing with that compartment's content. Overall, nice little trio of boxes, slightly overpriced. Would recommend with caveats.

Plano makes the finest plastic boxes I have ever found. Many fishermen use them to put their lures in, but I use these small sized boxes for jewelry. Because they are waterproof it would seem they are air proof, too. My silver jewelry never tarnishes when I use these and I love the other larger Plano boxes for other things, too. Small tools and screws or bolts are perfect for the people who want everything neatly organized. They also offer many different dividers so you can make your compartments large, or small. *These smaller boxes do not have the ability to adjust their sizes; only the larger boxes offer this feature.

These are great little boxes for storing small items. I use the 6 compartment for my most common weights for my centerpin set up, the 4 compartment box for micro crank baits/spinners and the single compartment for large flies such as articulated or large streamers. They are handy and don’t take up a lot of room. The only downside so far in my opinion is the material used to seal the boxes. I haven’t tested them, but they don’t seem like they’ll keep water out.

An OKAY Item

Over priced for what they are. They are aprox 1" thick and by 2"x3". I highly doubt they're waterproof if you submerge it.
