This product does not look like similar items sold and just so you know this product works amazing attacked to my Jeep’s windshield or console especially when I’m driving in the Caribbean or doing off road in the hills or on the beach this item works and never once cane off .... in new York it works amazing in my vehicles also never not even one complaint I can say ... great workmanship... amazing size and quality to fit my iPhone pro max .... great price .... and nice color .... no squeaking noises when attached to console or windshield....

I wasn’t sure if holder would be able to accommodate an iPhone 7s. I also have an otter box defender covering the phone. It’s bulky and pretty heavy. When the phone holder is extended to full width my phone fits perfectly inside. I can tighten it a little. I was afraid the phone would fall off. It stays in place fine, although if I rotate the holder or do a lot of touching on the screen it will fall out. I think if the holder itself were longer and wider A large phone would be more secure in the holder. It doesn’t come with assembly instructions but I followed the one that’s posted on line. It was very easy to assemble. It attaches to the air vent very easily and stays put. You can rotate the holder. I am very pleased with this product. It’s made well looks good and reasonably priced.

This is a pretty good phone mount. It adheres pretty good to both my windshield and the leather on my dash, but it does wobble a little bit. I’ve had it for like 6 months now and I’ve had to take it off and put it back on a few times but other than that, a very solid product

So, let me start off with this product was great. It was very easy to use, after it's assembled you can just clip it onto your vent and it stays on there pretty well. There's two settings, one tighter than the other but the looser one worked perfect for my car. I used it a lot I bought it around 2-3 months ago, and it started wearing down about a month ago. This might be because my phone is very heavy since I have an iPhone 8+, but I would be driving with my phone in the holder when (what I assume is) the ball just gave out and the phone just angled forward. Still clipped onto the holder and the holder was still on the vent, but the ball seems to have lost some of its support so my phone just falls forward now. I can't angle it where I want to so I'm definitely going to cash out a little more money for a better and sturdier one, but this is a good product nonetheless. I even tried turning it 180 degrees so I used the other side of the ball and that only lasted me about 2 weeks. You pay for what you get and it did last me a good amount of time for how often I used it and moved it around. I'm assuming this is better for people that don't have such a heavy phone or won't use it too much. Wouldn't recommend for someone who is using this as a driver who needs to have their phone propped up for navigation reasons unless you're okay with buying a new one every few months.

Been in use every single day since it arrived and working perfectly. Living in a haha free state (first it was no texting while driving, now the last survive even holding a phone in your hand while driving), we needed something like this for a long time. This being on flash sale with extra coupon $ discount and great reviews made it a spur of the moment purchase that was worth every penny and more. Husband installed it with ease and it has never lost suction. It holds both my Google Pixel 4 XL and his iPhone X with ease, and does not cutter my dash because it auctions nearly to the windshield. Very happy with this purchase.

I thought I found a winner but it was a dud! This phone holder broke my entire vent assembly!I thought it was secure but little did I know that this was the worse possible area to have a phone holer!The weight of my note 8 plus (yes, product description specifically said they were designed for Note 8) the constant movement weakened and eventually broke my vent tabs. Taking with it my vent assembly.The clip had a huge gap that was supposed to be fixed by flipping the lever. Again design did not account for weight of phone and movement.3 months after purchase now looking for a vent assembly to manually fix myself for up to $40! Or God forbid going to the dealer for cost of up to $400.00!!!!I spent about $12.00 originally to purchase.ROI - NONE!!!COST/BENEFIT - NONEXISTENT!YOU GUYS OWE ME FOR REPAIRS - UNBELIEVEABLE!!

It hasn't fallen from my window. I put it in position and it stays there. I can angle the face of my phone where I want it to be. I haven't tried to position it for video or pictures, but it looks like I should be able to figure it out. Very satisfied. The only thing I don't like is it's hard to plug in after you put the phone in the holder. I like the little finger that holds the phone from the bottom, but if you have a case and you need to flip open a tab like on an Otter Box, it's kinda tough. Hardly important, but sometimes it's the little things that drive us crazy.

I like the idea of the product but once I understood the instructions and put my phone (iPhone8+) in it, the phone kept slipping out because of the PopSocket. I turned the phone around and it held. However, the ball/socket is too loose; it won't hold the position so that I can easily see the GPS screen. With a few tweaks, this could be a great product!Edit: I tried a similar product that works with a popsocket by sliding the socket into the holder which attaches to the vent in the same way. I found it much harder to get the phone in and out of the holder, needing both hands and often pulling the holder off the vent. I decided to try this one again and realized that I hadn't tightened it properly before, and now I am raising my rating from a 3 to a 5. Releasing it is very easy, and putting it in is too. I am willing to give up my popsocket for the convenience and safety of the phone holder.
