Bought these as my ankle joints had started to become really stiff after sleeping, until I moved around a bit. I've also had a 'locked' back upon waking every morning for years due to a strained back, but had just become used to it and found an automated back massager to deal with this.I've been down the normal route of cod liver oil and multi vitamins without any noticeable change.After reading multiple websites, this sounded worth a try. After a week and a half of taking half a tablet, I honestly, hand on heart can say I wake up without any back pain. This was totally unexpected. I decided to give it a few days, just to make sure the lack of pain wasn't a fluke. Day after day I wake without any back pain. I never thought this could happen. My ankles still feel a little stiff but there's definite improvement.On the 'down' side these tablets are HUGE and I can't manage even half without gagging. Instead I cut the tablets in half and use a pestle and morter to grind them into powder. I prepare a week's worth in test tubes so even if I'm rushing in the morning, I can chugg one down and run. This sounds like a lot of faff and prep, but the results have been worth it for me. I hadn't realised how painful and stiff parts of me had become until it disappeared. I feel 20 years younger.

Excellent price and quality item, I'm keeping hopeful my new nutrition formula (from the medical journal) will help with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome I have, a genetic disorder of collagen processing, this along with 12 other supplements are now at work in my body. The only side effect so far is that I rattle when I walk! 🙌

This was recommended by a friend after recurring knee injury. I didn’t think it would make a difference but being in pain for 4 months and having a ridiculous waiting time for physiotherapy I took the plunge and purchased these. First few days no change and I was already disappointed and ready to leave a bad review as after cutting the huge tablet in half I still managed to chock as it got wedge in my throat. I continued anyway and before the week had ended the pain had almost gone. I’m now pain free so ridiculously happy to finally be able to go out without limping and hoping down stairs. It would have got a 5* if they were easy to swallow. Be careful cut in half or crush them.

Following my shoulder dislocation, this supplement seems to have really helped. It acts as an aid for lubrication of the joints and re-building of cells. It is also a pain-killer. So the end effect is your joints feel smoother and you have less pain. I have combined this with eccentric exercises and resistance bands and have decent progress 2 months after my dislocation.Dosage: I started taking half a tablet every day after my first meal for about 3 to 4 weeks. Sometimes I will take a whole tablet but usually stick to half. This is a strong supplement so there is no need to overdose. I would definitely start with half a tablet for at least 3 weeks.

I was having real trouble with my knees, especially getting up from grooming my dogs. The pain was so bad even with painkillers & I had to have help to get up from the floor. I started taking these about 3 months ago & there has been a huge difference. I still feel a bit of pain but nothing like before & I can get up from the kneeling position by myself now. The only downside is the size of the tablets but I cut them in half & have no problem swallowing them that way.

I've been taking Glucosamine supplements for some time, but haven't used this particular brand before. While they contain the same amount of active ingredients as previous purchases, these tablets are so large, I find them hard to swallow, so will not buy them again.
