I love this extra monitor. Portable and bright. I also have the Neofyte external monitor which is not as bright but has a slightly smaller form factor. The Neofyte was dropped while it was in a bag and now the outer area of the LCD has stripes. I purchase this to replace the partially functional Neofyte.- Size of the screen is perfect for viewing anything on a second screen. Same size as my 14” Laptop.- The stand folds out from the back of the screen, however in the folded position, it is a sizable bump on the back. When stacking with laptops in my bag, it is a weird shape.- The Neofyte has a screen cover included which is perfect for travel. This does not.- Inputs: There is one HDMI input (I use for my Surface), and two USB-C’s (I use one for power when using the Surface, I use the other for power and video input from my iPad and also my Dell Laptop. The photo shows all the cables plugged it.- Speakers: The display has speakers included. They sound tinny and high, very little bass. Low volume. On the laptops I can turn the speakers off, on the iPad, it automatically sends sound to the screen.- Super light. There is no battery inside, so it is the display and the connectors and the weird fold out foot.- I am super happy with this purchase. I liked the size of the Neofyte better, but this screen is much brighter and easier to read.-All the other displays I saw were larger overall and much higher in price. I tend to work from home, cafe, hotel, and having a second screen that I can take with me makes work so much better. That second screen changes everything. Even on the iPad. I can do so much more when I can have that second screen.- Have not found much use for plugging this into my phone tho. But I did check and it works fine.- When plugged into the Dell and the iPad, I do not need a second power supply. When using the HDMI input, I need an alternate power supply. There is a cable supplied for USB to USB-C to provide that power. The Microsoft Surface USB can power the screen. The iPhone needs a wall adapter.- The USB-C cable for power and signal: The one that came with the monitor is hefty and doesn’t roll up easily, but it is the only one that works. All my other USB-C cables will not fire up the monitor. I learned that all USB-C cables are not the same!- Overall, I like the device. I wish there was a screen protector to keep the screen safe during transport!- The weird fold out foot allows lots of different angles, but is a bump on the back when it is in transport mode.Nice rubber feet keep it still on the table.

First things first, this device does everything promised. Plug it into a computer via USB-C and you've got a monitor, keyboard, TouchPad, hdmi port, USB A ports and a micro SD slot in a package that looks like a high end ultrabook.Looks can be deceiving though. It's a very flimsy feeling, plasticky device. Imagine someone took one of those fake laptops they have in furniture store displays and made it work. It's very light, the keys are spongy and wobbly, the trackpad visibly flexes when you click it, and the speakers are tinny and reedy. The power supply is a generic 12v wall wart with a barrel plug - no USB-C charging here - either of the dock OR the device you plug into it. You've got to power your computer separately. (The monitor is actually pretty good though.)Make no mistake, it's a pretty amazing device for $170, but it feels exactly like a $170 laptop. I'm going to carry it with my ROG Ally X and use the heck out of it for as long as it lasts - I'll probably just complain a lot while I do it. :D

It does what it says. Image is great.sound is good .it will charge your phone too. Great for the ready for wired. Seems like no lag doing work or playing games. Only draw back is it's not touch screen. That was a lot more. Typing is ok not a bad key board mouse has a good response. The only complaint I have is the power brick is cheap. But it has different plugs for different country's. It is very portable ,light weight. Will make it Easter to use your phone to work. I am very happy I bought this lapdock.

Great product! Lightweight, easy to use. I highly recommend it! It is a great second monitor for home and working on the road.

Does not work//// this is a scam*****BUYER BEWARE*******Monitor does not work!After I received this I tried to look up how to install it on YouTube, and came up with multiple people stating that the company encouraged them to lie about the quality of product. This is horrible that Amazon allows this company on their site.

Screen is clear and works well

I don’t use this product very often, maybe a total of 3 weeks since I got it in August of 2023. When I am using it, I put it in my standard, padded computer bag to carry with me and it is placed in and out of the car or at the side of my desk. There has never been anything put on top of that bag nor has it been tossed around. Today, I went to plug in my monitor and I can see a “fracture” behind the front screen (you have to hold it up to the light in a certain tilt to see it) which makes it unusable. I can’t imagine what force was placed upon it to cause this to happen. Until then, it was good enough for what I needed.

Great product, has good picture quality and easy to set up. Good size screen and perfect for traveling
