Easy to put on and off. It makes the seatbelt much more comfortable for me. It can stay on the belt but you do need to be careful to pull the belt through so that it doesn't become twisted. My wife finds this frustrating and prefers not to use the adjuster. Fortunately, it is easy to take off of the seatbelt and put back on for a different driver/passenger. One of the pieces had a defective snap but still works with one snap,

Hard to get on the first time. Need an extra hand. LOL! But works great once you get it fastened. Very easily adjustable after you get the snaps done.

It is awkward because it does slide around and twists the belt a little BUT even with those issues, I am happy with it. My Mustang GT seatbelt was cutting across my neck no matter how I adjusted the seat. This solves the problem so it is worth a bit of adjustment when I first sit down and buckle.

After having neck surgery and not wanting the seat belt to rub my neck, I bought this product and it's marvelous. It was supper easy to install and works like a charm. Once I set my seat belt, I never have to mess with it and it does not slip.

These are not sturdy. After using them for a while the cheap plastic has separated from what seem to be a cardboard center. They do not stay secure and have come unsnapped while driving causing the seat belt to rapidly rise and hit me in the neck

These have worked great. They are easy to add and remove quickly. Very comfortable to wear and very functional for short people.

Worked well, just slightly more difficult to setup than the standard metal "H". I much prefer these.
