BEAUTELICATE Skirt Extender with Lace Trim Vintage Underskirt 100% Cotton Half Slip

I have a dress that is just a little too short and I was about to get rid of it. Once I saw this I thought “I bet that would help”. It did. And it makes for a cute little lacey edge that on the bottom. Some people think it’s my slip but when I explain what it is they say “what a great idea”. I describe it as a petty coat without all the layers. And the upper material feels light and airy.

This feels like great quality, true to size, and I love the fabric. I thought it was going to be satin but it’s a soft cotton fabric and it’s really pretty too!

I wanted this 24 inch skirt extender to lengthen a dress that hits just above my knees. However, the 7 inch wide lace band is sheer, so my knees are only slightly less visible with this.I probably get to add a strip of black fabric behing the lace to make it more opaque. I have knee surgery scars I prefer to hide, hence the desire for longer skirt hems.

This garment is so versatile and can be used as an extender, a slip, or a light petty coat. It’s 100% cotton and must be hang dried to avoid shrinkage. I am 5’6” 120 lbs with a 27 inch waist The small goes just below my knees and is very roomy in the waist and hips. I find the material comfortable against my skin and the price is great for the level of detail and construction.

I bought this due to a Tix Tok trend and it is adorable under a sweater dress or bulk sweater that can turn into a dress. Love it!

Nice little under skirt. Adds just a little bit of feminine eyelet lace when something is a to short.Greta fit highly recommend

This product is advertised as 100% Cotton, even the label inside states that the content is 100%. IT IS NOT!!!! The entire lace edge of this garment is made using some kind of synthetic material - it feels like plastic. I'm guessing that it is nylon or acrylic. I wouldn't know more without testing. It really is irritating to purchase something that is falsely advertised. I also wonder about the requirements for labeling for products coming from outside of the country. Standards are definitely lapsing.

I’ve purchased several dress extenders from Amazon, and this Beautelicate brand is a keeper. The lace bottom is beautiful and the skirt has a nice stretchy waistband. The skirt material itself is light 100% cotton & rather diaphanous, so you probably wouldn’t wear it as an actual skirt, but it’s perfect under a dress. Great length- not too long, not too short. I’m 5’6, 180 lbs & ordered XL 24” long.
