No refrigeration needed! These flowers are made from a sugar dough called gumpaste that dries very hard. They will keep for years if kept in a cool, dry place away from any light.

These flowers are gluten free. However, because they contain floral wire we do not sell them as edible product. The ingredients include powdered sugar, egg white, tylose powder and water.

The flowers are dried and will keep a few years if kept in a cool, dry location out of light.
