I'm in the throes of menopause and one issue is dryness / pain. I use estriol cream from my GP but it doesn't alleviate all the issues i have and i've tried numerous OTC moisturisers but none have really helped, quite a lot sting and cause more itching. Using the first vial i was astounded - no stinging at all, just a soothing sensation which calmed everything down instantly. Intimacy wasn't painful either which i wasn't expecting after using only 1 vial. I think i've found the holy grail for my issues after spending a small fortune on so many other products that promised so much but didn't deliver. Hope this helps anyone suffering similar issues as me.

Didn't find this that good, usually use replens which works well but gives a disgusting discharge, this one didn't cause a discharge but left me stinging for hours after and didn't do a great deal either and those individual little applicators and awful, they inject you with a load of air, which must come out not very pleasant and on releasing the tube from squeezing it creates a vacuum effect and feels like its sucking your insides out, so won't buy again, not very good will stick to replens dispite the discharge is more comfortable to use and works better at replacing moisture

Excellent product - no stinging whatsoever - unlike the PESSARIES by the same company which now have added Aloe Vera (OUCH!!!) - but check that the date is OK on the packet, as I have been caught out, twice. If products are past the expiry date, I should send them back and inform AMAZON. These are for internal use and should not be old stock! I would like them so much better if the inserting part were wider and gently rounded - not so thin and sharp...
