I love my robot, Wally, from Narwal. He gets used a lot and I want to ensure I replace parts any time the app says it's time. This roller pops right in (you can't mess it up since it only fits right on one end, then on the side flaps fit snug into a cavity. We have two people who live here with shoulder-length hair plus a shedding dog- the roller rarely gets tangled. Maybe twice in 6 months, but it gets used 10 hours every week. All my other vacuums choke on the long hair and need to get untangled. This roller is truly the best design.

Don't buy anything but, no cheapies. They don't work like this one. Well worth it to not untangle the brush

Broke after less than a month of use.

I have purchased a few of these now for my device and the small gear keeps getting broken off. When it works, it works well and clears everything but then I will notice the vacuum is no longer working and sure enough, the little gear has broken. If these were 10 dollars, I wouldn't mind as much.

Poorly manufactured, the plastic gear area that inserts into the robot has broken 4 times in less that 6 months. Should be made of metal to avoid breaking. Replacment is so expensive for such poorly made product.

As many people before me, I experienced that the gear is made of plastic and broke after 2 months of use. Even off-brand brushes are better built.

I have used multiple robot vacuums in the past and have not encountered any with such poorly made roller brushes. I have had to replace this 4 times already in less than 6 months. Each time the piece that fits into the gears snaps right off. It's unfortunately made of plastic for some reason. Very disappointing for such an expensive machine to have such low quality parts.
