Perfect fit! Same exact part!
This was the same exact part to replace the old one that was in place for 20 plus years. We took the toilet tank off to paint wall behind the tank and I couldn't feel comfortable reusing the old one. Small cost for piece of mind.

Genuine OEM part fits as intended
I installed the gasket and my toilet tank to bowl seal no longer leaks. This is about the same price as the universal ones you buy at big box stores but this one actually seals.

Vital Replacement Part
This gasket seals the connection between the Kohler toilet tank and bowl. Best practice is to change this when you have the tank off of the bowl.I removed the toilet in my powder room in order to replace the flooring in the room. Separating the tank from the bowl first made it much easier to handle while moving it.The existing gasket was over 5 years old and wasn’t leaking but was visibly worn. Replacing it with a new one at that time saved me the trouble of pulling the tank off again later to fix a leak.This OEM gasket perfectly fits Kohler 2 piece toilets with a 2 inch bowl flush opening. If in doubt, remove the existing gasket from your toilet bowl and measure the opening in the gasket. Should be 2 inches.This is a quality replacement piece that’s well worth the money.

Good part, easy install, though may not be the source of the leak you're hunting for
Our 10-year-old Kohler Cimarron K-4418 was leaking at the tank to bowl connection. I assumed it was this and replaced (very easy install, part not available locally). However, the actual leak was from the red gasket below the canister valve. Lookup Kohler 1083980 for the 3" Toilet Canister Flush Valve Kit. That *includes* this gasket as well the red one below the flush valve, and everything else you'll see in the description. In the future, I would always just replace everything with that kit, not this one gasket. It's not much more expensive and things will wear out eventually.

Lot easier than trying to find this locally.
Fit perfectly! If you are not sure on a part some toilets have a part list located on the inside of the tank lid which makes ordering easier.
