Genuine or counterfeit BlackBerry Key 2 ?
The Key 2 I received was probably destined for the Chinese market. Instruction Booklet was in Chinese and only !After a haphazard installation by guesswork it appeared to work normally until 3 days later DTEK told me my device was not a BlackBerry and that my data were jeopardized . I tried erasing the device and reinstalling , had to deal with Chinese messages and a keyboard writing in Chinese. I got by by using the virtual keyboard in English. DTEK told me it was OK for now. I hope you the device is a genuine one and not a counterfeit product. Very negative experience .
