Great bang for the buck
I own many knives and cold steel is one of my favorite for budget and mid range priced knives. This knife came scary sharp and the lock up was rock solid! Also the lock actuates smoothly! Old cold steels used to have a long break in period but I've noticed with new ones they come perfectly smooth and solid! I use it everyday for work for opening boxes, sharpens up beautifully and takes a keen edge. At the end of the day it is a great addition to anyone's collection!

A few minor issues, but overall a winner by Cold Steel
I rate this knife very highly. I think the Cold Steel Khan provides excellent quality for the price.Actual weight is 2.5 ounces. The knife is on the smaller side. It's just about the same length as a Spyderco Delica, but slightly shorter. The width is the same as a Delica. I have medium-sized hands, and I wish they made a bigger brother of the Khan scaled up by about 10% to 15%. That being said, the handle is comfortable, though perhaps 10% less comfortable than a Delica because I feel like my pinky is falling off the rear of the handle. The G-10 handle scales have a warm feeling. I like the color. It's sort of a milky blue/purple. What's really nice is that the knife doesn't scream mall ninja like a lot of Cold Steel's products. Thumbs up to Cold Steel for using a more pleasant color than black.Blade opening is very smooth. The thumb ramps are comfortable to deploy the blade. Lockup is very strong. On the downside, it can be difficult to disengage the lock. Hopefully it will become easier as the lock breaks in. You could get a sore thumb if you close it a lot.The blade stock is significantly wider than a Delica. Whether that is a positive or negative depends on your use. Some other things I don't like:1. When the blade is closed, there is a gap of about 1/8th inch between the tang and the finger indentation of handle scales. They should have altered the profile of the finger indentation to cover the gap.2. When the blade is closed, the lockbar is not totally flush with the liners and sticks up proud of the liners by about 1/64 of an inch.3. The G-10 under the pocket clip could have been smoothed out to prevent pocket shredding. The G-10 is not particular rough, so this may not be an issue.4. The lettering on the blade could be placed better. For example, some of the lettering is 50% obscured when the blade is closed. It lacks the attention to detail that a Sypderco would have.5. The knife did not come very sharp.6. Two handed closing only. From the blade open position, when the lockbar is depressed, the blade will not drop at all.

Small, sharp and sturdy.
Small, sharp and sturdy. This is my "abuser" knife that gets all the crappy jobs. And survives them quite handily. Excellent value for the price. While the thumb ramp was okay I prefer to remove it and just use the hole since it's plenty big for my size small hands.

Was lil unsure about this bc I'm not huge on tanto's on pocket knives but got it anyway and its fantastic. Great EDC. The grind is tanto but really shallow to the second tip point. I like it! It cuts like a laser.

Meh...
Not super impressed with this offering from cold steel. very thick behind the edge for such a small knife, the thumb opener came loose, and fit and finish were not great. It isn't a terrible knife, but you can do far better at this price point. Think k-bar dozier, or Tangram sante fe.

Good value for the money
Cold steel's take on the Delica? The materials are great. The thumb ramp is fine but the set screw was loose when I got it.Fortunately, ACE Hardware had a small allen screw to fit it.Spend the extra penny on some loctite Mr Thompson.

Great knife for the price.
Great little knife. Very sharp from the start. The blue handle adds a little character to it and helps you find it amongst other things. I did have to remove the thumb driver due to the screw being stripped but I can still open with no issues.

Just not that great of an edc
Cheap knife and not very sharp at all when it arrived and frankly imho the edge is way to thick on it. Hard to get a hair shaving edge on it and the pocket clip sucks. So there ya go.
