I don’t need to plug in my iPhone X until 2 days of moderate use!Very easy to put the iphone in the case because of the slide release top part of the case. The 4 leds are great for letting you know when the case needs charged back up. I can also use my earphones to play music when it is charing the phone. That is amazing!

First of all, this is not a product of poor quality. This phone case has weight, and it feels good regarding feel and detail.Secondly, although it is plastic, the drawing on the back has a metallic texture. Moreover, it will not loosen when you put your phone into it, very firm.Although I am not sure if this charging case is full when I received it(it shows full charging on the back), but I used it to flush my phone nearly twice, the first time it was full, and the second time it was almost 70%. So the battery is perfect.Everything is perfect, but the processing of the volume button is not very good. I can feel the switch will be stiffer or tough press than before and because of the periphery of the phone case is thicker, it is more difficult to swing the mute button.Overall it is still very good, suitable for long hours of work, or for an outing.

I haven't used the case for very long, and I don't use it all the time, so my review is limited to that.As a charger, it works quite well. Easy to turn on, charges it just fine and allows for extended use when not able to otherwise plug in. The case doesn't add a ton of weight or bulk, which is great. I find it VERY difficult to take the top off to remove my phone once it's in the case, and I rather expect that something on the top is going to break, rendering the case useless at that point. Seems there should be a redesign of how the case goes on the phone.I've played music with the case on and it worked fine. I haven't taken calls on it yet. Will update the review once I do.Overall it works well as a charger case. But I don't leave it on my phone all the time, as i don't need that option all the time. I do agree with others that adding some kind of grip (silicone or something rubbery) would be a good idea as well.

Had this case for two days and the case broke where the top piece snaps in. Music cuts out and I have to unplug the lightning wire and plug back in so I can listen to another 15 seconds of song before it cuts out again. Phone does not charge. The case charges or at least the lights in the back appear to charge but the phone does charge at the same time. it seems if the phone is very low on battery or has already lost all battery, you have to wait for the case battery to recharge before the phone begins to charge.

The Battery Case does charge the battery with adding little bulk to the phone but when trying to use the phone no one can hear you (either speaker or not) while the phone is in the case. I wish I would have saved the packaging so I could return it.

Adds little bulk but the top part of the case is a no-go issue. Very difficult to open. After a couple months of light usage (taking the case on-off the phone), the top no longer snaps in place and can fall off. Battery charge is about 1x or a bit less it appears. Will find another one.

I bought it more than half month. As my work requires the phone to talk for a long time every day. I often need to use the charge when I talk the phone. Which is very inconvenient and unsafe. That’s why I want to buy it. It doesn’t let me down. It’s very convenient and practical.

I’ve had this battery case for a month and a half, and the case will not charge. It used to blink like it was pretending to charge but won’t actually charge, and now the lights won’t even come on. Plus the top came off so easily, I’m surprised I didn’t lose it. Complete waste of money, too bad it did this only 14 days past the return period. Never buying this brand again.
