I love working out at home. I already have adjustable dumbbells, adjustable bench, heavy bag, speed bag, and speed rope. I just added this recently and I love it!!! I bought 40 lb cables and 35 lb cables with it for more options. I've heard complaints about no pulleys on the bottom so you have to switch it. It's not difficult to do your routine with the pulleys on top then turn it around ( takes like 1 minute) and do your routine from the bottom pulleys. Very convenient and easy with so many options of what you can do. You can target every muscle with multiple exercises for each. I've heard people complain about you can't pull from the middle. If you know what your doing or do a little research you wouldn't need that. And they never claimed to have that so you knew that before you bought it. The handles and ankle straps work fine. The dvd is informative but there's so much more you can do so don't stop there. Perfect for your home as well as when you travel. And I've used it on multiple different doors and leaves no marks. Recommend this to anyone who wants a good workout. Perfect for people who don't have alot of time as well. Takes up practically no space.

I bought this as a gift for my younger brother. He's a college athlete and still needs to be in shape during the off season. This gift was a great solution.
