Most effective pants yet and we have tried a few for my mother! Highly recommended, I am assured they are very comfortable and definitely don’t leak! Gives my mother reassurance and comfort

I am tall and these pants are long in the body which for me means comfortable. The pants are extremely strong (no more torn sides) and are very good value for money especially as black incontinence pants from other companies are far more expensive; win, win. Recommended.

They are long lasting and comfortable so will buy again what else do I need

Easy fitting and completely comfortable. Don't look quite like diapers so that's a plus

These were... A Disappointment, to say the least. I ususally wear Tena Maxim but they're hard to get. So I tried these. This was an unfortunate mistake [for me]. They're NOT a large - on the bag that came it said 70-120cm. And I double checked Tena Large: 100-130cm. That's a pretty BIG gap in the BASE measurements, since 30cm is 12"/1ft... and the actual measurements of that BASE Measurment being 27 inch vs 39 inch waist size....!! There is No Way a *27-inch Waist* can be considered "Large" Anywhere. They're also *tight*, and didn't stretch well. At All. That doesn't help. At All. Supposedly go up to "120cm/47" ... They really don't. I couldn't really get them on, and I'm not even THAT big; around 39" normally & 40-42" waist when bloated, so they should have fit. The "L" Tena ones are pretty huge on me, so I couldn't see how these would be a problem when I got them; but clearly there's a big one [for me] & too hard to get on. Especially with my really bad hands. They're coarse to touch, uncomfortable for me, as an Autistic person with high sensory sensitivity. Feels like they've been starched, almoast, or have some chemical treatment on them. They're not soft and fluffy like Tena ones are, so I can't even actually touch them for long. The packaging doesn't really look anything like the nice one they put on the website. Incidentally, there's no tearing seration to help you open the packages; you have to attaack them with a scissors -- very difficult for me as a Disabled person with FND and Fibromyalgia. I
