Q: What is the weight of the iron?

It is no heavier than any other steam generator iron. This is my third in 15 years, they have all been brilliant, as is this one.

Q: Debating between the xm80c & xt100c. does the extra 0.5 on xt100c make a big difference to ironing? will i notice the difference between the 2 irons?

I think they are both good irons. I have the 100 and the water consumption is very economical, we iron approx 3 times per week and one full generally is enough. Hope this helps.

Q: Is the dial supposed to keep turning round or does it have a start and stopping place. Should you be able to turn the dial past the turbo setting?

Yes, the dial just keeps going around and the corresponding light lights up as you turn. When you turn on the mains power, as far as I'm aware, it starts in the off position. Hope this helps

Q: I’ve had my iron 3 months and brown stuff coming out on clothes and sheets. How do u clean iron? Ty

It’s probably to do with hard water. If you can, put deionised water in, you won’t have the limes ale problem and your iron should last longer. I have the same model, it’s about 12 months old and I haven’t had any similar problems
