You are buying a 250g PREMIUM QUALITY block of pure Beeswax which has a lovely warming scent, is completely refined and pure for instant use in a range of applications: Polishing Furniture and shoes to give them a shiny quality finish When burnt, Beeswax releases negative ions - these attract particles of dust and leave for a cleaner breathing environment (see my pure beeswax tealights) Adding to candles to increase their burning temperature, therefore making them burn for longer Used as a preservative and a finish on metals such as iron and brass Used on stone and wooden flooring as a polish and a preservative - it can also be used in the cracks as a sealant Used in soap making and other cosmetic products Beeswax can be used as a coating on cheese in order to protect it as it ages Beeswax is used in bakery - helping to separate small cakes from their moulds, also giving them a crunchy outside texture Haribo jelly sweets use Beeswax to help lock in the flavour - another example of Beeswax's use in preservative applications. Beeswax is also used as a bullet lube - being a shooter myself I've tried this and found it leaves the barrel much cleaner, whilst significantly increasing muzzle velocity - there are plenty of guides on the internet on how to make your own. Fancy making your own crayons? Again, Beeswax is a likely ingredient, with plenty of guides to show you how it's done on the internet. Beeswax is used on the cracked hooves of animals such as horses. Beeswax is used on ropes to reduce friction if the rope is being pulled whilst in contact with another surface. With Beeswax you can make your own home made earplugs - just follow guides on the internet and produce an earplug which fits perfectly into your ear through it's excellent mouldability. Beeswax was used as a major ingredient in paintings to achieve the right colour Used on leather to help waterproof it (for example horse saddles / tack or leather shoes)

First purchase used to formulate a food safe wood finish for turned items. Melts cleanly into warm mineral oil and nourishes wooden chopping/cutting boards. Not a particularly durable wax but inexpensive and effective if used regularly

Great product. It is a very large portion of beeswax, I've had this for over two years now and I've hardly made a dent.
