Solid build, lots of out puts.
Solid build, lots of outputs, basic controls but a superb permanent or travelling cd player,I have several Fiio hi-res dap players, this was a must buy for someone that has over a 1000 cd’s.This I it is powerful enough to run the most demanding headphones.The optical, line out combo is fantastic.Balanced headphones out.Fiio quality.

Great sounding personal CD player.
I have a few personal CD players but none have that decent audio I would like as I have some good headphones. Older machines were fine for the bus or train but when I am at home I wanted a unit with a good sound and this is it. The player is all metal and very nice metal too. Plays a CD no problem. My main worry was if the unit could power my headphones and I needn't worry my Fostex planar ones work well and sound fantastic. The digital out is handy and makes the player into a nice small footprint CD unit. The machine has a switch that when used makes the machine work only from plugged in power, perfect as a CD transport. It has other things like ripping to computer and playing other data discs but for me I will never use that. For £130 this sounds amazing and doubles up as a nice CD transport.
