I generally don't like to write a review until I've properly had a chance to try out a product. With this item I've had two years so I think writing a review is now in order.I was actually prompted to write a review not because it continued to work, but because after two years this actually started playing up. With this I got to test the "lifetime guarantee" thing- the proof of the pudding....I wrote to the vendor asking how I can apply the guarantee. Within 24 hours I received an apology for the issue I was experiencing and a request for information/ photos. After this, they popped another one in the post.It's this after sales service that makes this product and vendor truly exceptional!

I bought this product because of the reviews, so I ordered 2 of them, I also thought the price was good, and the fact that it came with a warrant makes me believe that this product will be great. They came before the delivery date. Really pleased the ones I purchased are 2m long which is great for us.

Bought one as a present last Christmas and decided to buy one for myself I am glad I did this is the best charger I have bought in a long time my original didn’t last long so after many cables and waiste of money I am so pleased I bought this and would highly recommend this cable to everyone

Brought a expensive rival lead for my sons iPhone 5C which didn't work, then found a genuine Apple lead from a IPad Air we brought last year and that didn't work. Knew it wasn't the phone as we have an Avantree charge station which with there leads works fine, purchased this lead from Rampow and it worked straight from the box, great quality and price. Don't hesitate if you need one get one of these.

The apparently inbuilt self-destruct design of my Apple cable had again left me with bare wires, hence my annual search for a replacement cable. This RAMPOW one arrived speedily and is working well. Only time will tell if it too has been made with a self-destruct mechanism. I hope not!

Wanted a longer cable than the original that came with iPhone. After concerns about copious dodgy cable reports, I decided to obtain this 2 metre cable. Had it for a couple of weeks now. Works well on iPhone 7 and iPhone 6. USB and Lightning connectors appear well made as per the original, shorter Apple cable. Cable is slightly thicker and less flexible than original but no problem.

I've just had cause to use Rampow's liefetime warranty, on a cable over 12 months old subjected to daily use by a teenager. I'm really impressed.Rampow had contacted me about another purchase that I'd made from Amazon, and reminded me in the email about the warranty that they offered. As this cable had just broken, I responded, asking how I would make a claim, and expecting to be given the run around.After a short email conversation to determine the nature of the fault and which type of cable it was, a new cable was dispatched, next day delivery, with no quibbles or complaints.Huge thanks to Susan at Rampow for perfect, genuine customer service, of the sort that you rarely find these days. Well done.

Just got it today, so can't comment on durability of longevity however, first impressions were all positive. Quick delivery and well packed and protected. In its nicely presented box with instructions and warranty. Biggest catch on this cable is the Lifetime warranty which from other buyers works perfectly and the vendor honors it. Cable diameter is a bit bigger than the original apple charging cable, which at least give the impression of sturdiness and high quality. It works perfectly with my iPhone X, no annoying message of "cable not compatible" whatsoever. Will report later in case of any issues but for now I'm pretty happy with it and is a great option for the price (£6.29) in comparison to apple original 2m lighting cable for £35.
