First 2 photos have 1 coat. Photos 3-5 have 2 coats and a top coat. Photos 6 to 8 are on 1 coat base with cat eye T016 and a top coat. Photo 8 is the swatch with a matte top coat on 2.It's absolutely stunning. I've got a fair few cat eye gel polishes, and this one is unlike others I have. I think it has retroreflector glitter in it. I've got a plain glitter polish that has that effect where it almost blinds the light back at you. Like the strips that cyclists wear at night. It's so much cooler, and the glitter particles are much finer.It's mostly transparent on other base colours, the bases I did try to run down the swatch on purpose to show their actual colour. I also tried to get up close to show that there is a kinda sandy haze around it, on darker bases. I think it's more noticeable on the glitter nail (I'd never tried cat eye over glitter, but I might be converted to try others!). It's very subtle with a matte top coat, and almost emphasises a sandiness. I'm looking forward to thinking up some beachy nails with it come the summer. Some starfish on a swirl... It's really versatile.It's also the first magnetic polish that I've bought or had to try through Vine with a handle on the magnet! It's so much nicer and easier to hold and manoeuvrer!The handle is pretty long, it's the width of my palm, making it very easy to open. The bottle is nicely shaped, enamelled and the brush is excellent. It's a flat brush, but it's soft and flexible, so very easy to get a nice finish. I really love it.

This cat eye gel polish is quite nice. It has the typical reflective appearance of cat eye. Depending on where you magnetise the nail you get all kinds of different appearances. You can also make easy ombres with this too.It's difficult to take pictures of cat eye effect as it really requires the light to be hitting the nail correctly to catch the effect. But the magnet provided was very nice and easy to use.I could magnetise the nail around all the edges and get a really nice effect in the middle of the nail too. It takes a little bit of trial and error but it really pays off.Can work with a backing colour or on its own. Have to use the polish with the magnet without curing. Then cure once you have the desired design.The polish has a 24 month life before expiry. It comes in a very nice bottle as well as the handle being nice and large so you get to be able to handle it very easily to do any detailed and intricate designs.
