This item wrinkled and would not retain it's shape and it also lost most of the gripping ability of the velcro within 10 days., Fortunately Amazon allowed me to return it for a full refund.

Well I thought I would give this a try. My back needs all the help I can give it. To my surprise, this thing really does work. I have worn it a couple of times and so far it has definitely helped the pain subside. I will give it a definite thumbs up!
