Best dashcam I’ve ever had!
Definitely the best dashcam I’ve had!Previous dashcams would get too hot and chips burnt out, not to mention any brands but I’ve tried most of them.Had several cameras exchanged due to faults.I bought a car manufactures dashcam which was great it never let me down, looked into it and saw it was made by THINKWARE so I upgraded to the U3000 for the 4kYou need two apps one to connect “THINKWARE connected” the camera and the second to download and view the recordings “THINKWARE dashcam link”Videos are clear and can zoom in on number plates, the rear camera is HD which I would like to see changed to 4k.I have 256gb memory card.Never misses a minute of recording when driving and I like that it records motion around the car when left anywhere, the radar is really good and being able to change the radars sensitivity so it avoids recording the path at the end of the drive.I have been using this for months and I’ve checked everything. This is the dashcam I’d recommend over all of them

Very rarely connects to app.
You will waste hours and days of your life trying to get this unit to connect to the app.Be prepared when you have an incident and look to stream the recording on the unit to your phone to evident who is in the wrong, to tell the other party involved that they may need local hotel accommodation to allow you enough time to hope you get one connection. It doesn’t state in the instructions that you need the engine running to have a chance of connecting.

U1000 or U3000
I previously had the U1000 and twice it recorded in perfect detail even in pitch black, cars reversing into my parked vehicle. The first time was a hit and run by a taxi driver who still wouldn’t admit if he was dying. His insurance company did admit liability after reviewing the footage. Upgraded to the U3000 and my car has been hit again. Just a mild scrape but the U3000 didn’t record it. Therefore, no evidence and my bill to cover.
