Greenworks 3000 PSI (2.0 GPM Max) Brushless Electric Pressure Washer

If you've tried an assortment of consumer grade gas pressure washers and are tired of the headache that comes with owning these...this pressure washer is for you! No more worrying about bad fuel, clogged carburetors, fouled spark plugs, etc. This thing cleans better than most of the consumer grade gas pressure washers thanks to the 15 amp motor(this is going to max out most 110v outlets) and the turbo nozzle. When you see how this thing is built you're going to wonder what all the other pressure washer companies have been doing(heads in the sand). It's everything all the other positive reviews have said and then some. Easy to put together, well constructed, powerful, quiet, and reliable(at least so far). The only drawback I noticed is how much power this thing draws. Don't plug this thing into an outlet with anything else plugged in. If you use a extension cord make sure it's at least 12 gauge. This baby had the lights in my house flickering 😂. So to recap: I 100% recommend. Use an appropriate extension cord plugged into an appropriate outlet. Use the turbo nozzle. You're welcome.

I’ve spent quite a bit of time testing and using this Greenworks 3000 PSI pressure washer, including checking actual operating pressures with a pressure gauge, measuring water flow, and experimenting with a few practical upgrades. This is a longer review, but I wanted to provide useful real-world information beyond simply saying that it works well. First, I’m very impressed with the pressure washer itself. It is a substantial improvement over my older 1800 PSI electric pressure washer, while still giving me the convenience of an electric machine. The brushless motor is powerful, the machine is easy to move around, and the stock hose is surprisingly flexible. After comparing the stock gun and wand with Greenworks’ more expensive Pro replacement gun, I actually preferred the stock setup. I tested the pressure at the pump using the supplied Greenworks nozzles and got these approximate working pressures: 15° yellow: 2,550 PSI 25° green: 1,775 PSI 40° white: 2,000 PSI Turbo nozzle: approximately 1,200 to 1,250 PSI Soap nozzle: essentially no measurable pressure on my 0 to 6,000 PSI gauge I was surprised that the 40° nozzle produced more pressure than the 25°, but spray angle and nozzle orifice size are not necessarily the same thing. The 15° nozzle consistently gave me about 2,550 PSI while spraying. I also saw approximately 3,000 to 3,200 PSI static pressure with the trigger released. Static pressure is different from working pressure, but it does show that the machine can build pressure very close to its advertised 3,000 PSI rating. I also tested water flow using a calibrated 5-gallon bucket. With both the soap nozzle and with no nozzle installed, I measured approximately 1.67 GPM. With the 40° nozzle producing approximately 2,000 PSI, I measured about 1.25 GPM. I attempted to measure the 15° and 25° nozzles as well, but at those pressures there was simply too much splashing and agitation to get measurements I considered reliable. Greenworks advertises up to 2.0 GPM, and it’s important to understand that maximum PSI and maximum GPM aren’t necessarily produced at the same time. I added full-flow 3/8” quick connects at the pump and hose connection so the pressure hose can be attached and removed much more easily. I tested the pressure with and without the quick connects and could not detect any measurable pressure loss, so they were an easy upgrade to keep. I also made a few other modifications that have made the machine even nicer to use. I added a full-flow shutoff valve to the detergent pickup line. The valve isn’t necessary for normal operation because switching from the low-pressure soap nozzle to a high-pressure nozzle stops the detergent from being drawn. However, I like having positive manual control of the detergent supply. It allows me to shut off the soap while still using a low-pressure nozzle or accessory, without having to change nozzles or empty the onboard tank. I added an M22 swivel where the pressure hose connects to the gun. I was initially concerned that the smaller internal passage might reduce pressure, so I tested it both ways. I could not detect any pressure loss, it doesn’t leak, and most importantly, it actually swivels under pressure. When I pull on the hose, the swivel helps remove twists and kinks. The extra length it adds to the gun connection is worth it to me. I also made my own gun holster using reinforced clear vinyl tubing mounted to the frame with S.S. zip ties. It securely carries the gun without scratching it, keeps everything tucked close to the machine, allows me to position the gun handle in different directions, and still works with the folding frame. I’ll include photos of these modifications for anyone interested in doing something similar. One important electrical observation is that this machine really wants a good electrical supply. I initially tried using an extension cord and experienced problems. Even a heavy 10 AWG extension cord eventually caused my 20-amp GFCI breaker to trip during testing. Plugged directly into a proper outlet, the pressure washer operated normally. The cord tag specifically says, “Connect to Individual Branch Circuit Only,” and after my experience, I would take that seriously. After all of this testing, the numbers are interesting, but what ultimately matters is how the pressure washer performs when I actually use it. It has substantially more cleaning power than my older electric pressure washer, while remaining convenient enough to pull out for smaller jobs. None of my modifications are necessary for the machine to work well. They’re simply improvements I made to better suit how I use it, and I’ll include photos so others can see what can be done. Overall, I’m very happy with the performance, convenience, and design of this Greenworks 3000, and I’m glad I chose it.

After a recall of another pressure washer that was highly rated on amazon, I spent my return money to purchase this unit. Used it once so far and it worked wonderfully. The size is decent but maybe not the most compact to store. The pressure is great for an electric pressure washer. The build quality feels top-notch and feels like it will last for some time to come. The assembly was pretty easy.

Recently purchased and have used once. Consider this a “first impressions” review. Item looks decent quality out of the box. There is some assembly required that takes about 10 minutes and a large head Phillips screwdriver. Pretty simple and intuitive. There are instructions but the print is so small it’s very hard to read. First use to clean some patio furniture and the concrete. I doubt the 3000psi claim, maybe 2000psi, maybe. Flow rate with hose cranked all the way up is pretty low, so it is a bit choked up, probably so it can build and maintain the pressure. Electric motor runs constantly when using but it is quiet compared to gas powered. The power cord is adequately long with a GFI in the end. The washer hose could be longer to be honest, but it is adequate. The turbo head works well for scrubbing concrete, stucco etc. I only used the 40 degree nozzle so I won’t speak to the 30 or 15 degree nozzles (and a soap nozzle) which are also included. I would say this is a decent washer for light household use. I got tired of clogged carburetors on the gas pressure washers causing frequent issues so I thought I’d try electric. Performed better than I expected but not as good as a gas unit tbh. I think the convenience will make up for that assuming it is reliable.

This thing rocks! Great quality, good pressure, and flow. The only thing I don't really care for is that the motor does not turn off when you release the trigger on the pressure wand. It just goes into bypass mode. My old Sun Joe pressure washer would actually turn off the electric motor when you released the wand trigger. Besides that, I am very happy with this unit. It definitely blows away the old Sun Joe unit, with better flow and higher pressure. I also like the way the pressure hose and electrical cord storage is handled. Very easy to assemble out of the box, took me less than 15 minutes.

I’m extremely impressed with this pressure washer. The 14 Amp TruBrushless motor delivers excellent cleaning power, and the 3000 PSI with 2.0 GPM makes a noticeable difference when tackling tough jobs around the house. It has plenty of strength for cleaning driveways, patios, siding, outdoor furniture, vehicles, and other surfaces that need a deep clean. I also appreciate that the PSI and GPM claims were independently tested and verified, which gives me extra confidence that the machine performs as advertised. The JETTFLOW Technology is another great feature. The increased flow makes rinsing faster and helps reach higher areas more easily, which saves time and effort. It feels efficient without being difficult to control. The included accessories are very useful as well. The rugged metal gun feels durable, and the 25-foot Uberflex hose is flexible and resists kinking, making the whole cleaning process much smoother. The different spray tips, soap nozzle, and turbo nozzle give plenty of options for different tasks. Overall, this is a powerful, well-built, and convenient pressure washer that I would highly recommend.

I just bought this washer this month. Used it 2 times. The 3rd time it would not start. It is now an real big paper weight. I can return it but I have to box it up and get it to the UPS store. How do you box up a pressure washer once it is out of the original package and used? I am looking into how much it would cost to have the UPS store box it. I will however get my money back as an Amazon gift card. No direct return of funds on my credit card. What a joke.

Oh how I love my electric power washer! For years, I used a gas power washer and the choke was so difficult to pull. Everyone told me to avoid an electric one because the pressure wouldn’t be as good. I can tell you that is absolutely not true. This one girl pressure washer is very pleased with this machine.
