These shorts do exactly what they're supposed to do. They position you higher in the water, in a better posture. The results are impressive. Increased speed is the ultimate outcome. Just a word of caution: I am a 33 inch waist for jeans. I bought the XL size because I didnt want too much compression. And they're still snug in places, if you know what I mean. They tie tight enough.

Struggled with a wetsuit as, because I am tall and slim, a medium was restricting movement and actually choking me - not ideal for open water swimming. Thought I’d give these a go and they are awesome. Still gives the buoyancy of a wetsuit and because I can now flow better I am warmer. I’m a 32 waist with quite long muscular legs and these fit very well. I’m also 6ft 3 and these were perfect. Great value for money too

Not the prettiest of swim shorts but very good for the price and offer a good amount of buoyancy.

So for a little background, I’m just under 6ft and 15 3/4 stone with a 34 inch waistAround 180cm, 98Kg and 86cm waist for you metric enthusiasts.I went for an XL which is snug, think cycling shorts snug.My 1km swim last week was done in 28:28, this week in the same pool it was done in 26:31.I’m clearly not an Olympic swimmer but it did keep my substantial arse from sinking and helped me set a PB.Very happy

This is the second pair of zone 3 and the first pair were great and basically were worn out. So I order a second pair and on delivery thought they were of a lighter weight which they are.As with and number of feedback the second pair didn’t last long about 12 swims. The glue holding the neoprene seams is weak and will split.Sorry but they have gone cheap in the manufacture and quality has gone down the pan.Don’t buy.But thanks Amazon full refund on the way just disappointed Zone 3 have let their quality drop

After just two months, the neoprene has cracked, and the once-tight fit has stretched and become baggy, requiring constant readjustment while swimming.

Nice fit ordered large for 34 to 36 inch waist. Tight, but that is how they are meant to be.The quality seems good, and the price is good too compared to other brands.

Got XL which should fit but wayyy too small. The next size up is also so much more expensive so I decided against getting them at all.

I was initially a little skeptical about Buoyancy Shorts in general. My concerns were totally unfounded. I was very pleasantly surprised that they exceeded my most optimistic expectations. I could a really tell a big difference in just the first few strokes. They really made some very favorable changes to my body position in the water, muscle development, and muscle memory. I've already ordered the 3/2 Next Step one. They're not cheap but the value and improvement really exceed what you pay by a wide margin. I'd highly recommend them.

Lo he comprado en oferta muy bien de precio. Tenía el temor de la talla pero se ajusta bien a la tabla de tallas. Buenas flotabilidad y el neopreno muy cómodo y elástico. Vengo de probarlo y muy contento. Tiene cuerda para la cintura.
