Let me start with the case. Right out of the box, I was impressed. It's got a nice solid weight to it. The material feels really well made, the stitching looks good, and it doesn't feel cheap. It honestly feels like somebody took pride in putting this set together. Now for the knives. The first thing I noticed was how balanced they are. As soon as I picked one up, it just felt right in my hand. The walnut handles look great, they're solid, and the knives are scary sharp right out of the box. I was honestly surprised. One thing I did notice is they have a 15-degree edge, so when it's time to sharpen them, I'll keep that same angle. Other than that, I'll just hand wash them with soap and water, dry them right away, and I think they'll last a long time. I'm not a professional cook by any means. I'm just a guy who loves to barbecue. I smoke briskets, spatchcock chickens, make birria, trim a lot of meat, and I'm always cooking on my Pit Boss. For the kind of cooking I do, these knives are awesome. I wasn't expecting them to feel this good for what I paid. They honestly exceeded my expectations

These knives are the best knives I ever had, super sharp, great construction and great looking.

These are pretty solid and sharp. Lol, purchased these as a gift but decided to keep them for myself. I highly recommend.

I bought the three piece set to keep at the fire station i work at because the shared knives are awful and abused by people that think a ceramic plate or stainless counter top are appropriate cutting surfaces. I caught them on sale and honestly couldn't be happier. The set was packaged in foam cut so nothing shifts during transport, they really took the time to pack them well. They're shaving sharp right out of the box and after your first few cuts with them, if you're not at least a little nervous around their edges, you're not paying attention. I caught my fingernail the other day. It didn't just shave my nail like my good set at home would... it cut through my nail and actually nicked the skin underneath.. it cut through the nail!!! So my decision is made, I'm going to buy the set with the roll for our new house, as well as a few more knives from their other collections because I cannot imagine they wouldn't be just as amazing. I've cut meat, veggies and chopped roasts, loins and pork butts, so I'm not being gentle with them, and I can still shave with them. I haven't seen any sign of rust yet. I think they're beautiful, love the rustic design and can't tell you how great they perform in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 you need these(or another set from this manufacturer of this style isn't your cup of tea). They have sales pretty regularly. Though, even at full price you're getting knives that cut waaaay above their price range. The only problem I've had is that a coworker managed to drop the non cleaver directly into its tip and bent it.. then he decided to grind it flat.. I spent some time re-profiling the tip and keeping it cool to not ruin the temper and haven't had any complications with the tip edge at all. It's good steel

Elle pèse son poids ce qui prouve aussi la qualité des matériaux. Quant aux couteaux, ils sont très qualitatif et le tranchant est exceptionnel. Je pense que ce sont des couteaux qui peuvent durer dans le temps avec un bon entretien

Trop bien pour ma cuisine

The knives themselves are absolutely beautiful and very sharp upon opening. I use them every day and it’s a great set. The only thing that I don’t like is the carrying case that it comes in is nice looking but not durable in any way shape or form mine broke within the first 24 hours and I also do not recommend that you leave them in water because it will ruin the handles so when you’re washing these, wipe the blade with a damp cloth and clean and dry the blade before putting away I have had these knives for one month and one of the blades has broken on one of the knives. Apart from that, these knives are okay.
