A good supplement. Doesn't give burps or any kind of smell. I wish if there could be EPA or at least ALA in small amount. But still the best Omega 3 DHA for vegans.

Only DHA no EPA, consistency is needed if you want to see the difference ! But vegetarian hona bahut mushkil ho gya hai. B12 ki problem, vegetarian ke saare product bahut mahnge hai, ye bhi 700 se seedha 1000 le jate price.
