This product is worth it! If you’re looking to add some extra weight while working around the house, or just getting your steps in this is great!! It’s comfortable padding allows me to wear it all the time! You can adjust the weight or wear it like it comes. It fits my body perfectly with the adjustable straps. The vest is pretty Hefty and great quality. It’s the perfect size to still move around in. It’s designed to wear outside in the dark as well, so you always feel safe! Super simple but I’ve received a lot of compliments.

I am 5'7" and about 180lbs. My first time using it was a 5 mile walk. I did a 1 mile walk with 3lb weights in my hand and the vest. Then 4 miles just the vest. The vest was extremely comfortable and I didn't really get tired until the last .5 of the 5th mile. I could definitely feel it in my shoulders which made my arms feel heavier. I didn't add any additional weight to the vest outside of the weight already built in. Next time it think I will add 5lbs to the vest. I love the storage in the front for my phone and keys. The vest was also easy to adjust for my frame and was easy to put on and take off. I'm curious how this will feel during a jog but for now keeping it light with the walks. Great product and definitely worth the value.

This weight vest is amazing! It comes with removable weights so I can increase resistance as I improve. The base weight (without any of the removable weights) is ok for a beginner like me. The smell is a little strong when you first get the item but it has dissipated over time. The black color works well with any outfit and the fit is comfortable once you get the weight balanced front to back. Highly recommended!!

As a busty woman, I needed a vest that is easily adjustable and doesn't dig into my shoulders. This met my criteria and allows me to at or subtract weight based on my exercise goals/ needs. Quality material and the mesh pockets are an added bonus. Comfortable fit and offers room without squishing.

The vest is great and I can certainly feel added weight. I do wish I did more research; I would have gone up in weight since 10% of your body weight is recommended. But that’s no fault of the product. I do wish the pockets to hold your phone and other essentials were a little deeper. I’m always worried thst my iPhone is going to tip right out. Adjusting is a little difficult as well.

The vest fit great, easy to adjust. I loved the idea of adding weight 1lb at a time.The smell was not great out of the box. It had the industrial smell that reminds me of grease and tires. I left it on the counter to air out but after a few days there was no improvement on the smell. My cat didn’t like it either and peed on it! I attempted to wash it in the sink with Dawn but no luck. Of course the materials the water but the urine smell was still there on top of the other smell. It’s going in the trash:(

Such a great buy!! I’ve been wanting to get one since I started going for walks with my dogs and let me tell you, I feel a big difference!! I’ve started seeing a difference in my posture and it’s built very well! I am able to move very well and it can fit any size! I don’t care what I look like wearing it, the comfort is what matters!
