Working good, comfortable and good for the price

Love the mat especially for the workout markings that I use with my ab roller. I placed it on top of a really thick mat for which as an older heavy set person I need. Looks great in my home gym.

Does not work well on carpet

This Ab Roller Yoga Mat is great on so many levels. Though I'm not too fond of the markings, I guess they're helpful if you're following an exercise routine that's specific to them. Me? I'm using this mat to do yoga and pilates and I love how cushy (7mm thick) and soft it is. It comes with a mesh bag to pack it in and carry around, in case you need to. Highly recommend it.

The mat was of good quality, however, I could not keep it from rolling up in front of my ab roller, causing it to bind up in front of it. It also had a tendency to "travel" to the right as I moved the ab roller back and forth over it. It would not work for me.

I wanted a nice yoga mat to replace my cheap out that was starting to rip. I wanted something on the nicer side that would last longer than the one I previously had. This one is thicker and it even comes with a carrying bag in case I decided to do yoga on the go. It works well and does not rip easily even with shoes on.
