Hamilton Indoor Compact Freestanding Electric Fireplace Space Heater - Realistic 3-D Wood Burning Flame (Winter White)

I absolutely LOVE this heater! It’s so pretty! It’s a realistic looking fire, and I think the amount of heat it generates is just right for my bedroom! I like that it is beautiful and functional, stays cool to the touch, is made of metal( except plastic legs), and was a good price! I’m really enjoying it and hope it lasts for many years! It does make a sound, but to me it’s a soothing sound, like a fan running.

I love this little fireplace! It was really easy to assemble, I was a little worried because a couple reviews said that the screws didn’t fit in the holes to put the legs on but that wasn’t the case at all for me. It’s exactly how big I imagined it was going to be. I love the design. It has so much character and detail. It feels really sturdy and well made. There was a little smell when I unboxed it but I didn’t mind that at all no more then good new pair of shoes. The flames are very cool looking and it flows nicely. It was a pretty warm day here today in Boston so I didn’t keep the heat on too long but we’re already getting those cool evenings and chilly mornings so it’s going to heat up the room very quickly I can tell. I tried the heater for only maybe 10min and it’s a powerful little thing! There is a low and a high setting no in between but I don’t think I’m going to need anything more then that really. It would be so nice if it came with a remote but I can get my lazy butt off the couch and get some exercise or either freeze it off or sweat for a little bit. Its not too heavy but it’s not light as a feather (doesn’t feel cheap) I see myself moving it from room to room with ease! The first time I plugged it in I accidentally had my pointer finger on the metal prongs while I was guiding it in the outlet and I got a pretty good little shock so be careful about that! Haha I’m ok

Absolutely love it!! The only thing is that it’s really not that warm it’s a bit weak. But oh my gosh is it gorgeous.

I purchased the Hamilton free standing heater for my Mom who was alittle over 95 at the time on Feb 11 2019 she loved the fireplace look that the heater had and it heated up where she sat to watch TV, in the winter months she ran the heater non-stop about 12 hours a day, with a hour nap time split at about 6 hours we turned it off, I know E-Flame doesn't recommend doing the heater the long but she did. It worked great through the pandemic of 2020, the extra cold winter of 2021 and the start of the winter of 2022. My Mom never wanted to go to a rest home so we made it possiable for her to stay in her home up until she pasted away Nov 30th of 2022, The E-Flame heater worked great for the 46 months we had it for my mom, she even liked the flames even without the heater part turned on. 2 weeks after my Mom pasted away the heater stopped working, I differently will replace the heater with another E-Flame heater I just wish E-Flame had a department that sold replacement parts for their heaters, The heater itself still looks brand new and it would be nice to have the heater that brought such joy to my mom. For what it's worth that's my story and I am sticking to it.

I purchased two of these. The first one stopped working all together, and this one's faux fire stopped working a couple of years back. It is my first time turning it on this fall/winter season. The heat was running well for about an hour until I hear a loud "pop." I look in the direction of the noise and I hear it again and noticed a white flash coming from the bottom. The rule of thumb for these things is to never leave on unattended, but I was lucky I hadn't gone upstairs to use the bathroom, otherwise I would have found my office on fire.

This is the most adorable little accent piece in our home 😍 We love this little space heater for so many reasons ! It’s very well built , sturdy metal body with durable plastic legs . The flame is very realistic looking . The heater gives off the perfect level of warmth ! Every time I look at it , tucked inside my white mantel , I smile 😊It was also on sale when I bought it , so that made me even happier !

When I got it and went to unpack it something rattled so I carefully opened it. When got it out a piece fell out of it ( never did find where it went) extra light bulb was laying inside where the flames were and not wrapped or anything. No directions at all and has 3 buttons on the side and one is all that does anything the other 2 does nothing. Pretty sure someone else has had it and sent back because cord wasn’t like cords are fixed when come from factory. So all in all not worth much. Wouldn’t buy and wish I hadn’t. Would love to send back or at least get money back.

Heat from bottom is very lacking. Did not put a dent in the cold room 12'x12 ' Cute but not effective.
