Absolutely crap
The battery would not chargeThe phone would not make calls half the timeI think the phone has been used before and sent back or refurbished as there was stuff on there that neither myself or my husband had put on thereI contacted the seller who wouldn’t do anything I contacted Amazon who told me to contact the seller absolutely crap service I will never buy another phone off Amazon againThe only reason I gave 1 star is because it would not let me submit otherwise

Good phone at a reasonable price point
This is a good phone at a reasonable price point. I bought this phone as a test phone for a Mobile Device Management deployment. I normally use Apple iPhones but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hardware. The Android OS needs a lot of work but Samsung's implementation is better than most of the other OEMs

Why so many barcodes on the box.
Can't fault the speed of delivery of the purchase ..before scheduled date. Judging by the packing the phone looks new and I believe it is however the outer box has several different barcodes on it and am not sure why this is? I purchased this as a gift for my partner as I already have one. All's good so far.. partner is a bit of a technophobe but finds very this easy to use. Thoroughly recommend but would like to know why several barcodes on the phone box?

Beats iPhone hands down
Spectacular phone, very affordable and beats the iPhone hands down with the ability to properly manage apps and data on the phone its leaps and bounds ahead of iPhone. The only gripe I have is the fingerprint scanner on the back doesn't always work and sometimes needs wiped before use.

late to the party
I waited and waited some more before getting this phone so the price would come down. Gone SIM free route as this phone will be a keeper for a few years. Main features that I was particularly interested in was the camera. It's great to have some more features like the 'Pro' mode which allows for white balance, an ISO setting and brightness - makes for far better quality pictures - just like my old Ace from 2010.It replaced an A3 - so is bigger but with more screen with the home button, back button and view all apps button only available when logged in. Finger print reader is ok - damp finger or dirty finger may not open up the phone but tap in pass code is fine as before.Very smooth body, feels a bit slippery but solidly built and one handed operation is bit of stretch for some app operations. I like it, it's keeper like my A3 that did 3.5 years service but he camera was a bit lame in that one.

Takes forever to charge.
Not good. For 200 pounds this phone sucks.Connection to 4g is temperamental at best, I charged the phone all night only for it to be on 80 percent when I woke up. My previous blackveiw phone which I broke after dropping it heavily cost me 100 pounds and it was better than this in every way. It was bigger, louder, faster, fully charged in under 2 hours. I can't believe how bad this phone is for double the price. I'll probably be sending it back.
