After trying different products
I would highly recommend this.I don’t think there was enough product in the initial pen where you push on area to ‘freeze’, however, what was in there worked on my feet and we kept applying the other end of the stick which has another product in to maintain, seemed to do the job!Quite expensive but great that it came straight to the door and didn’t have to go out to pharmacy.

Go and see a Chiropodist
I've put 12 for everything because people need a bit of advice on this sort of product. I thought I had a Verruca, this stuff turns out to be an acid and can burn your skin. Please do yourself a favour and go to see a Chiropodist. I went and it cost me £30 but worth every single penny. She explained that mostly what looks like a Verruca is not and, if it is, these treatments are useless and potentially damaging. In my case it was due to my shoes and the fact my foot dropped after I had a stroke. She simply removed the dry skin, sorted out my nails, which turned out to be an overgrowth under the nail, and was also extremely good to talk to.She also said the same sort of thing is true with Corns: do not use these things for them, go to the Chiropodist. It will save you money in the end as I now know very well.Save yourself pain and expense and go to see someone who knows what they are doing. Would you try to fix your car yourself? So why try quack remedies on your feet?

Very impressed.
As I get older, some strange things happen to my skin. I`m 66, NEVER had a wart or verruca in my life. Then within a year, I develope two warts. one on either thigh roughly above my knee. Its not a vanity thing therefore as they cant be seen. They just got on my nerves. I was very guilty of scratching, pulling at them until they came off. Probably not the right course of action I know. I probably suffered like this for 4 or 5 years. They grew, i ripped them off and they grew back. So in the end I decided to bite the bullet (not expecting this stuff to work BTW) and purchased it. LESS than ONE week and the bloody thing has gone! Started signs of "something" going on within 2 days. It developed a sort of clear, pale yellow colouring to the thing and the top went shiney. Day 6 and I couldnt contain myself anymore so I had a bath and pulled the thing off. It looked as though it had gone but I wasnt sure so Ive waited approx 6 weeks before posting this. Its GONE. I dont know whether its the freezing agent or the gel itself or whether its the combination of the two. All`s I can say is that in my case, it was 100% effective. I havent given it 5 stars in every category because I found it hard to re-seal the freezing bit without freezing my fingers off as well (ok, a bit of an exagerration) but I did lose quite a bit of the freezing stuff when putting the product back in its case. I think if I hadnt lost that freeze stuff, it would have probably gotten rid of the second wart/verruca as well. I am about to purchase a 2nd lot to deal with that problem.

Easy to use and great results
Easy to use on children and they did not scream with pain so win win. It was effective too and came with spare nozzles so can be used again. Therefore good value for money too.

First use of freeze spray
Well...Straight out of the box looked great and rather complex but after reading thr instructions all became clear.Set everything up and did the freeze treatment, I have tough skin and even more so ont he effected areas, 2 veruccas in total, so away I went charged up the sponges followed the instructions and did the 40s and didn't feel a thing fired it up again.Went to attempt another freezing session this morning but the charge had run out. This time started to feel the cold a little bit but I think I would have to do it a few times to penetrate the skin.Possibly best treatment for this situation would to burn it back using salacylic acid until almost at layer that the infected cells are at and then use this product. But I guess only time will tell if it has worked but will keep updated

Finally a product which works
Over a number of years I've tried just about every home wart treatment on the market - Bazooka standard and high strength, Boots and Scholl home freezing kits, and even several silver nitrate sticks. None of them worked. I did finally pay a lot of money for a course of commercial freezing treatment, but even that struggled to get rid of them. The freezing part of the Excilor is quite easy to use, and put back together without losing liquid, as long as you follow the instructions to the letter. It is no more or less effective than the Boots or Scholl varieties, but none of them compare with the professional treatment. The true secret of the Excilor system is the gel, which really works. Some reviewers report excruciating pain using it, but that was not my experience. It once stung a bit, when I was putting it on freshly peeled skin at the very end of the treatment, and the remains of the wart were truly tiny.Ultimately, when the freezer section had run out, I just continued to use the gel when it made no sense to continue with the professional treatment, and I am now finally wart free. With hindsight, I reckon it would have seen them off on its own.Highly recommended.

Use with Caution
The freeing part was very easy to use, very quick and only a little stinging whilst freezing...Second day used the Gel very sparingly as directed straight to the top of the wart on my finger, but after a couple of seconds the stinging and pain felt in my finger was horrendous and bought tears to my eye's! But as per instructions reapplied again in the evening before bed... The pain was so unbearable that I had to was it off with cold water, there was an area around the wart that was very white, blistered and extremely painful to touch. Today, day 3 after, I have not applied anything due to the reaction and pain the day before, this evening the top layer of skin became detached, taking quite a thick layer of skin with it, leaving quite a wet hole open to the elements, sterile dressing applied and will be keeping a close eye on the wound.I would not recommend the Gel part of this treatment at all. As a nurse I've never known anything so corrosive and dangerous to healthy skin/tissue around a wart.
