I've used this stuff for over two years and often have a protein shake with some fruit blended through for breakfast. It's really filling and on days when I don't eat much it makes sure I'm getting some protein in!

Pros: one of the best contain of vitamin and minerals, around 50% of everything you need in 1 serving.Con: the taste is not very niceDepending on your goal, you can decide if it is for you or not, as it contains around 50% of all the mineral and vitamins one needs, so it's very good especially on restrictive diets, but its taste is not really nice...I tend to mix 1 scoop of this enshake with 1/2 of a different brand, that tastes very nice, to make it taste better. -1 star for the taste.
