Good table, but not adjustable, so make sure you're good with it's height.
We have a laptop and wanted something to keep our laps from getting too warm while using it. This does the job. It is easy to assemble. You just take the two legs and pop them into the slots on the top. We have a small house and I was really hoping we could take this apart to store it, but it is not easy. I'm not even sure it's possible. We just keep is assembled and deal with the bulkiness. The pockets on the sides are big enough to hold a tablet. The height is not adjustable at all. It is sturdy too. It isn't wobbly and doesn't make me worry about my electronics falling off.The reason it's only 4 stars: This tray is really big. I understand it's probably sized to accommodate the most people, but it just feels too big to be comfortable. I think the height is a little too high. My arms aren't in a natural position while I use it. We also wish it was easy to take apart and store. All in all, this is a good laptop table, but I don't think I would pay the price for this one if I knew what I know now. The size is a major factor to me.

Amazing!
The over the bed desk is super convenient and functional! I love that I am able to complete work from my bed and this table is very comfortable! The table is very well made, looks great, and it’s very comfortable to use! I highly recommend this over the bed desk!

Extremely large and bulky
This bed desk is well made, however, it’s huge! One of the pictures shows it with the bottom pieces flat under the top. I thought that was to show that it could be folded when not in use. That is not the case. I returned it.

Good for children or adults
It was easy to assemble. Seems to be made well, sturdy with good quality material. Good for children or adults, but size does matter. Not a one size fits all kind of thing. A larger individual will have a harder time using it. I got this for my husband. He said it works better on the couch than in his chair. It does not fit well the chair. It looks like it sits a bit high to me, but it doesn't seem to bother him.

Nice bed desk
Nice bed desk especially for short people. I previously tried some other lap desks and found the desk to be too high for my eyes or too low for my legs and this was the perfect medium for me (and i'm 5'). The sides are very durable and the top desk is hard so whatever is on the table will stay securely without falling over unlike the soft lap desks. There isn't as much pressure on your legs with this lap desk and the pockets on the side are nice for holding phones, remotes, etc. Assembly was very easy and took a few minutes to put together.

Best for average height and build. Balance needs improvement - tendency to tip forward.
I have a love-hate relationship with this Over Bed Desk after using it for 2 months. I was hoping I’d find a way to work around it, but I just haven’t. It seems off balance on the front end. When I try to slide it away from me, if I don’t do it slowly, the whole desk tips to the front.I don’t care for the slot built into it. But if it weren’t for that slot, my laptop might have slipped off the edge. You can poke the empty desk from the back and front and see it kind of teeters when pushed from behind, but remains solid when pushed from the front. And when getting up, I’ve scrambled to catch a sliding laptop/tipping desk numerous times. The rest of my complaints may be specific to my size and habits. I’m short and have some smaller features. This desk makes me feel even smaller. I have to hike my shoulders up to get my elbows on the edges and my hands on the keyboard. That’s pulling my neck out of whack. It seems too wide, and I find I am crossing my legs under it even though it is just a few inches too narrow to do that. I end up sitting cockeyed and put strain on pretty much everything. And I find I’m leaning forward to get close enough. All in all, I still haven’t found a way to sit at the desk comfortably. The way I’m sitting and typing on it, it’s pulling me further out of whack. It’s definitely not the right choice for me, but I’m still using it despite this. But boy am I feeling it.I’d guess you have to be at least 5' 4" and of medium build to fit this desk. It’s definitely not a one size fits all solution. But it is a well made desk otherwise. 4 stars because I can’t fault the product for my shortcomings.

Over-priced
The item I received was damaged (see photo). I wish the desktop could be adjusted which looking at the one photo that shows 6 degrees I thought that was the case. That is my fault for not researching it more. My laptop slides quite a bit on it when sitting on the couch, which defeats the purpose.
