I will probably come back with time to update this review. I've been taking them over a week now and have liked everything about them until now. I have noticed a few things have come up since starting them but I am not sure if it is related or not. I haven't changed anything else. I have noticed stomach issues, a UTI starting up (not sure what the sugar content is in these but may be the issue), and my skin is breaking out like never before (cystic type acne ALL OVER).
