I bought this as I'd heard magnetic bands can help with insomnia. I'm normally a good sleeper but over the last few months I've been awake in the middle of the night for a few hours at a time. I put this on thinking hmm, we'll see and slept right through on the first night. It's been a couple of months now and I sleep well every night (unless I eat sugar before bed). I can't comment on any pain relief as that's not an issue for me.

Good quality. Bought as a gift. Recipient was very happy with it.
