The product took 2-3 weeks to arrive, which in my opinion was a long time, and when it arrived I realised I'd bought the wrong colour. I contacted the company and the customer service was excellent. I sent back the roll of vinyl and within days had received a replacement, in the correct colour. I've used it to cover my kitchen cupboard doors and it looks fantastic.
